SAG Lifetime Achievement Award
Last night, Lily Tomlin was awarded a SAG Lifetime Achievement Award. She deserves it! However, I am OUTRAGED that no clips from The Magic School Bus were shown during the montage of clips of her work!!!!!!!!!!!
shareI'm outraged that these folks use these awards ceremonies as an opportunity to espouse their political beliefs. And not because of their beliefs... but because they get a soapbox to use that few others have. Many people hold actors in high regard for their acting abilities... and somehow conflate that with political knowledge. This is dangerous.
