Yes he has a completely different style and attitude then DC, I think it will influence the movie to much and also spoil the memory of (the masterpiece) Layer Cake. What about the other characters? Does Morty return as the same character?

I mean, he was fun in Snatch, but he was also terrible in it. Hammy doesn't even begin to describe it.

Loved Craig in Layercake but TBH he doesn't look right for the role anymore. Too much time has passed and he has aged too much. Not saying it should go to Statham but I can see him in the role.

Craig certainly is old considering XXXX's age in VLM. But Statham is actually older!

The franchise died a long time ago when that overrated monkey donned the tux. But to be fair Brosnan's Die Another Day was the beginning of the end.

Whether you like Craig or not, you're a fool to think he's the end of the Bond series.

His movies make money, so even when he retires the role they'll still make more with a new bond.

But you're right, Die Another Day was such a steaming turd... Sad part is, it made so much money...
