I guess not everyone shares my opinion but I really love his performances, every single time. IDK why but there's very few actors that I like as much as Jason.

Jason Statham's performances are authentic because he prepares/works incredibly hard to be able to do most of his stunts himself. And, such strong work ethic always shows on screen. Aside from his amazing fighting skills, he is also a very talented and charismatic actor with a realness to him.
We never had any interest in action films until this fantastic British actor came along who manages to bring originality and his own style to each of his roles. The skillful, energetic way he moves combined with his facial expression and attitude makes every film of his captivating and so worth watching because you know you will get your money's worth!

I agree with everything so far, but I think a big part is he's not classically handsome in the way most action heroes are. I think a lot is his thinning, nearly bald head. He is a guy that men can relate to, along with the babes.

He's just so believable, I guess he just looks the part of tough guy. I also like knowing that he does all his own stunts and fight sequences, it just adds another layer.
Look-wise, I agree, not the typically handsome of some actors but to me it only makes him that more interesting. He has a great smile and fantastic eyes. Also, he has amazing sex-appeal. Normally I find men with great hair very attractive (Henry Cavill for example) but Jason just rocks the (nearly) bald head.

Jason always acts, looks and seems natural with charisma that always shows through instead of being fake. He's the real deal and enjoyable to watch. For the past few years, I have never missed a movie of his on the big screen.

We can't think of any other actor who makes action films so enjoyable to watch and still shines in dramatic roles as well when he's given the opportunity. To us, he's the real deal because he does most of his stunts himself and that authenticity/work ethic is rare to find nowadays.
