What's the deal with this supposed genie movie he did?

Apparently he did one back in the day but it appears to have vanished.

It would have been great if someone just collected everyone's memories of this supposed film, came up with a script, and starred Sinbad in a real movie version. Unfortunately a year ago he suffered a stroke, I don't know how severe. If he recovers well this might be a project to consider. Someone may want to start a petition. The public wants this; they demand it!
