Intoxicat got confused with Regina Romeijn.
As it turns out, Rebecca Romijn doesn't speak Dutch because she was raised in the United States.

Strange that her parents didn't raise her bilingually though, makes me wonder.
She does speak Dutch as she says so in numerous interviews. Google for it. ;-)
