'Not Since You' - (2009)

FYI: Kathleen's "Not Since You" has been released onto DVD. I haven't watched it yet, but I'm certainly looking forward to it later this weekend.

Has anyone seen it yet?

P.S. - I love that picture of Kathleen in black on the top of her iMDB page!

I can't believe it. I was totally wrong about "Not Since You." The publicity blurbs just made the storyline sound so trite that I didn't think that I would be interested in watching it.

But to the contrary (and to my surprise), it was a really good film, with a lot of drama and mixed emotions throughout. ALL of the performances were strong. There wasn't one poor performance in the group. Always love Barry Corbin, he's just a fantastic character actor who I never get tired of watching.

Desmond Harrington (of "Dexter" fame) also delivered a fine performance. I haven't seen much of his acting with the exception of "Dexter" and now "Not Since You."

But let me not stray too far, because this is Kathleen's Board! Kathleen gave a wonderful dramatic and touching performance. Her delivery is always crisp, clean and polished, and her performance as Amy was no exception. A truly top of the line performance, although I'd rather watch Kath killing and torturing living things.

The women's costuming was unreal! The gowns were absolutely stunning.

You guys really need to break-away from "90210" and experience all of Kathleen's acting abilities on a 3D level. "90210" was fine, but a very limiting role for Kathleen, IMO. You need to treat yourselves to a multi-dimensional experience by seeing Kath in some truly great performances. Kathleen is SO MUCH MORE than "90210" and "Scary Movie."

I highly recommend "Not Since You" and so many other of Kathleen's films.

Post Script: "The Kissing Scene" passed the "Special Board of Reviewers" snuff test. .... Chris, Prince William, and myself all gave this scene our stamp of approval. LOL.

Kath, as always, love you, and thank you for such an enjoyable performance (again).
