I don't follow all the social sites on anyone but that long thread here about his much younger gf and drunken behavior at a strip club I see these similarities. He's heroic to the teens the same way Jan was to me. Seems to be in control but may have drinking and drug problems. He's probably peaked career wise and it will never be this good for him again...

Not willing to totally believe isolated fan reports of bad behavior, not because i think hes a saint, but i side with logic. 20 years in the spot light.... And no scandals, fan proof ( photos/ vids),TMZ tabloid stories, DUIs, set drama, bad rep, etc.
He likes to drink and party on weekends off, usually conventions with his buddies. Hes also known as one of the most likeable guys around, with a great work ethic. Hes a great dad, never any drama with his ex ( Helena Christensen), works his butt off for the fans and charities. All his co stars adore him, from Willem DeFoe to Lady Gaga. Respected photographer/artist.
If you did follow him, youd see he was a pretty normal, domestic guy, most of his time off is spent with his cat and his kid. Hes really more dorky and boring, than a party animal.
No I'm just concerned for him after TWD ends. I love Daryl Dixon. He's the star not Rick. His character wasn't in the comic and they captured lightning with him. Watched videos that are 20 years on youtube just to see him. He's so cool in the Fake Plastic Trees vid!
