Her legal name is Elizabeth so how did she get "Busy" on her dr's license? Does n e 1 have proof 4 this trivia?

How did she get it on her license it what I mean.
U have 2 provide official documentations, & Elizabeth is on hr birth record.

Yea she got her license in 95/6 , b4 all the superhard ISpolicies,
..but even then legal names r required on official state/gov't ids.
