I actually think she would make a better Sookie Stackhouse than Anna Paquin. Anna Paquin is nothing like what the mention Sookie to be in the books.

Agreed! Watching Freaks and Geeks right now and she could definitely have replaced Mercedes McNab as Harmony in Angel / Buffy the Vampire Slayer as the half bad but innocent vampire girl. She almost looks like a skinnier Mercedes McNab in my opinion.
