I was watching Jodi on "Two & a Half Men," the one where she was that Goth chick. & I think I also remember here in a second episode where she played a completely different character. It was the one w/ "CharlieHarperSucks.com," & she only appeared in the opening scene. Am I correct?

Yes, that's correct.

It's both S02E11 and S03E06.

Yeah, she was scary as the Satan worshipper chick in that episode. The worst part was what she did to Alan's eye. - creepy stuff!
