I recently saw the Broadway musical of Legally Blonde and there was a sorority girl who looked exactly like Jodi. Does anyone know if it was really her?

Sorry for the very late response, lol. The girl you're talking about on Legally Blonde: The Musical played Serena, one of Elle's friends. She is played by Tracy Jai Edwards and not Jodi.
