Only he can make comedians feel x10 better be it Norm MacDonald, Bill Burr, etc. etc. Just watch his interviews vs other late night hosts, it feels more natural, genuine, and when the comedians do their bits, he makes those bits far more better as a whole. Watch Bill Burr on Colbert and then Conan and you'll see it night and day.
