I don't know what you mean by episode. But she won her first Emmy for Season 2, and her second Emmy for Season 8.

I know this is probably pointless to answer since the question was asked so long ago, but here goes:

For her first win (season 2), she submitted "To Serve and Disinfect" and "Polk Defeats Truman".

For her second win (season 8), she submitted "The Finale".
