Yeah, he keeps a pretty low profile, doesn't engage in the party scene and doesn't do drugs. Wish more actors were like that. When I watch a film, I don't want to see the actor, I want to see the character.

It depends what you mean by scandal. I adore James, but I wouldn't say he is a poster child for not having any scandals. He seems to have made some not so great decisions in his life, but he is human so it doesn't make me like him any less. For example, he hooked up with a model who was renewing her visa and at the time not living anywhere near James (I read it was a 1-night stand in Miami) shortly after his divorce and she got pregnant while still being in a relationship with another man. She later had the baby. I believe he is a responsible father, but I don't think it is ever the wisest decision to have unprotected sex with a woman you know you do not want to have an actual relationship with and may rarely see, and that decision certainly put him in gossip tabloids.
