Not defending Kelly in the least and if he did those things I hope he pays for it all but should a former lawyer be making such statements?
Does Attorney-Client privelage not apply to former lawyers?

Seems pretty unprofessional

The guy has a terminal condition, he probably doesn't care.

Also, he did say that HE recommended it to R. Kelly, it wasn't requested. Therefore, the attorney can disclose his own statements.
