Singer R Kelly has been charged on Friday with 10 counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse, some involving underage victims, US media report.

He turned himself in. Black celebrities hitting it hard. Funny, both Jussie and R Kelly turned themselves in in Chicago, both charged, both feign innocence. Next time will probably be bail.
