More or less not totally UNlike just a 55yo version of Aubrey Plaza

Okay full disclosure: I just a little bit ago essentially started the same thread on the page for Aubrey Plaza's board, so it seemed only too perfect to not do the same over here lol

But for reals though, I am a massive Allison Janney fan, I genuinely think she is arguably the best working actress today. No shocker I'm also a mega-West Wing fan, in fact I've just been sitting here today watching a bunch of season 3 for the umpteenth time, when it hit me like a brick wall. And, judging from a quickie google search of "Aubrey Plaza Allison Janney", I'm not the first person to whom it's occurred, either. Especially in the eyes. There's a couple decades there in between them, obviously, but ultimately they've still got an uncanny resemblance happening.

I totally agree with you. They could play mother and daughter. I like Allison Janney and I just recently saw Plaza in Safety Not Guaranteed and liked her in that. So I wouldn't mind seeing a great drama/comedy (would that be spelled dramedy?)with them both. But a different kind of story. Not one where the mother and daughter don't get along which happens to be the storyline so often.
