Marvel has retained the rights to The Punisher!
We can only hope that they will look at bringing Jane in to do a proper sequel. Thomas Jane's career has never really taken off, but I have always liked him. I think he has just made some bad movie choices. Hopefully he will show up in the MCU very soon.
