Who is the better Punisher?

Even though I loved Thomas' version of Frank I have to say Jon did amazing on "Daredevil" and has now become my favorite version of Frank/The Punisher. I can't wait to watch Jon's solo series and hope he shows up in "The Defenders" miniseries too.

The problem with Bernthal is the writing is a bit rough around the edges at times

Bernthal, hands down.

To be fair, I think Jane's Punisher movie was far less THE Punisher than it was simply a great revenge movie.

That being said, Jane's portrayal of the Punisher was still better than Bernthal's.
