Because it hasn't really been mentioned until I saw that. It's only been common knowledge that he's been with Katie Holmes, Brittany Daniels and Diane Kruger.

I remember them dating but I think it was a time when neither weren't really big "big" or the media was focusing more on other people so they weren't as important compared to them.
