I just watched the second episode of season two, and Joshua, who I didn't even realize is from my hometown until now, gave the most powerful, Emmy-worthy performance. I am still crying. The emotion and hurt was so raw and so subtly and expertly executed. I'm totally impressed, to the point I had to post on this forum. I hope others watched and agree.

shareI have always liked his acting, but I'm amazed on how good he is in The Affair! He defenitely needs more recognition.
shareYes, I've seen all episodes. First show I've followed in a long time, getting sad I'm moving and will probably miss out on next season.
shareSorry but his acting in this show is not really good. He does a lot of pauses and is robotic. It's completely weird that he does this. Feels like he is struggling to remember his lines. Just listen to him talk on the show and you will get that feeling too.
