Katie is very beautiful, but her face does resemble Tom Cruise's face. If you were to line them up they could easily be confused for siblings

I think that Tom fell in love with her because she reminded him of him and he's into that

Yeah, both have 2 eyes, one nose and one mouth, definitely from the same species, but I think that where similarity ends.
