For every young woman who benefitted from association with him, there were a thousand (or thousands) who gained nothing after being sexually exploited by Hefner and his pals and his industry. A few actually came to harm.
How much do you know about him? I mean in recent decades, not the long-ago glory days.

Hef was very much AGAINST Child Pornography. He was very careful to check model's ages. It might be worth noting that only one of his former centerfolds has anything to do with the porn industry. He left that for Larry.
Interesting side note: He was offered a chance to put Courtney Stodden in the magazine. He turned them down flat. When asked why he said: I'm mot going to encourage a mother who prostitutes her kid.
