There won't be anything covering her bump on HIMYM because her character Lily is already pregnant. And Congrats to Alyson and Alexis! :)

It's possible they may still have to, I'm pretty sure Lily's pregnancy is far more along than Alyson's. Lily is supposed to be around 4 months pregnant at this point.
