The English language fails us.
There really ought to be a better word to describe this woman than "ugly". But there isn't.
Why is that so? The English language has been evolving for 16 centuries, yet we still don't have a word that can accurately define people who look like she does.
Of course, we could find plenty of terms in psychiatric literature to define her, and probably a few anatomical terms in medical books, too. But an adequate adjective to describe her physical appearance eludes us yet.
