Facinelli isn't the star of the Twilight movies, that's the difference. Why would you think any of his actions would be discussed as much as the actions of the main star?

He definitely cheated first but you are right that he's a nobody which is why it is so pathetic that his ego exploded from playing such a minor character in Twilight. The most popular rumor is that he first cheated on Jennie with his Twilight co-star Ashley Greene who has a reputation as a slut, and later on he went wild and started cheating with numerous women.
