Don't know why there are a bunch of weird characters in the link, but it works!
The weird characters are from the dashes or hyphens and quotation marks in the url. They are not WYSIWYG in urls and need to be translated to understandable characters that the browser and interwebs can read. If this is your site I would avoid those in the future and use as few characters aside from letters and numbers like this instead.
