what happened to her other than aging but shes not old lol saw her on agents of shield and she looks a mess compared to how she looked few year ago

I wouldn't say a mess, but she definitely looks much older than she really is. I think its just the hairstyle and the glasses that she had that did it. I didnt even recognise her until someone mentioned it on the AoS board.

It's not her, it's the make-up, the hair, the clothes, and the lighting. Guess softly pretty was not part of the character description.
