It depends on how much of the company she owns on paper. She's a co-founder with two others and there are a multitude of investors that take a portion proportional to the money and other items they invest. Obviously, her paper value will only increase due to an IPO.
I doubt she can do anything to screw this over. She probably participates little on the business side of things, much less so than the other founders, mostly lending her fame to the brand. Regardless, you have to give her credit. She's using her fame to do something she believes in (Eco-friendly) with the potential to make her significantly wealthier. No matter the disputes or questions about her acting talent, if it is a successful global business venture, the monetary compensation she receives could put the amount of acting money she makes to shame. With a young family already, she certainly seems to have her head on straight and priorities in order despite being part of what can be a corrupting industry.
