Sometimes I think he's hot and then other times he's kind of funny looking. I wonder why that is, is it his hair? Weight? Does anyone else share this opinion?

i dont think he is very good looking in step brothers though..

No, he's always hot. His weirdness just adds to his hotness. He has a kind of unconventional face, but that makes me just want to look at it longer.
I agree he looks better when he's little scruffy, but he was too scruffy (but still smokin') in TVK. I think he looks best in Parks. Not too clean cut & douchey looking, just perfect. He's also pretty hot in Party Down, but it's nice to see him without the white shirt & pink bow tie.
