how does one LOOK canadian?

he has beady little black eyes.
and didn't you notice when he speaks? the entire top of his head flies up and down.
how else can Americans tell when someone is a "foreigner"?

There's really no way to explain it. Someone can just look British and Canadian. Just like I think Australians can look Australian. Just like Mexican's can look Mexican. The list goes on and on.
