The look of Gambit could totally work. I just hope that his performance is true to the character.

Just read the news that Taylor Kitsch from FNL is supposed to be Gambit and I am heartbroken. I never really knew WHO I wanted to play Gambit as NO ONE seemed to fit the character, but after seeing that Baily was rumored I realized *HE* could have played my favorite X-Man INDEED.

*sigh*

No point having a hunk who can outshine their star in HIS movie though...(no, I don't like Hugh).

What is the deal with this? I read that about Taylor Kitsch also, but it still says Bailey on here, and I think I remember reading something where Bailey was talking about it. Maybe they decided he just wasn't right for the part, or maybe when the writers strike ended, he was already obligated to return to "Saving Grace".
