According to Deadline Hollywood, Chase will play DEA Agent David Lang in a multi-episode story arc on the series. In story, Chase's character attempts to lure Erin Lindsay (played by actress Sophia Bush) to a new task force that he's heading.

IMDB isnt always up to date with the new episodes.

I was thrilled to see Mr. Chase on "Chicago P.D." I suppose he is going the
"guest star" route since "Longmire" has been cancelled. (Or has it? I under-
stand that there has been quite an uproar over its cancellation and that there
is hope that another network may pick it up.)

I think it's been picked up by NetFlix.

In addition to the list of interesting sounding upcoming projects, can
"Longmire's" return be far behind?

I hope so.
