I don't think you understand the concept of a has been. Her two biggest roles were supporting roles in a runaway hit teen comedy and said comedy's sequel. Followed by supporting roles in various other movies, appearances on TV, and a role on a short lived UPN sitcom. She isn't a has been because she never really went anywhere; she had minor "it girl" status when she had her big debut in a big movie and never really did anything bigger after that. She is still working steadily, and she is just a much a C-lister as she was when she first gained notoriety.
