No one says people don't. The difference is the law states that they are not mentally mature enough to be in a relationship with an adult. It's not about the perpetuator it's about the victim.
shareIt doesn't matter what the age is. If a person commits adultery while they are married to someone else it's just wrong!
I just want to know what kind of an 18 year old girl would be gaga over some old man hag? I'm 19 & I wouldn't be after someone so old!
