Christie Brinkley getting a taste of her own medicine

How funny that some people actually feel sorry for Brinkley that her husband cheated on her, when she's just getting her just desserts.

All of this has come back on her full-circle after she dumped Billy Joel for that goof-ball ski instructor back in the 90's. Billy absolutely worshipped the ground she walked on, and she repaid his love and devotion by spitting in his face.

Welp, guess what... karma's a bitch. Maybe now she knows what it feels like to have the love of your life treat you like dirt. Tough lesson to learn so late in life.

Very well put by the very first poster. Billy Joel was absolutely crazy about her. What, is this her 4th marriage or something? Hopefully Alexa Ray won't follow in her mother's footsteps and marry ten thousand times, and have a bunch of kids with part time fathers.

I totally agree.

I used to work with someone who was an assistant to Billy & Christie in the late '80's. He told me that Christie was an absolute b*tch to everybody and that Billy was very cool and never acted like anything more than just a regular guy.

I believed him all the more in 1994, when Christie left Billy for another man. I also felt some righteous indignation; after all, he had praised her in song for years, with tunes such as Christie Lee, Matter of Trust, That's Not Her Style, Blonde Over Blue and All About Soul.

Hmmmph. He records TWO tribute songs to her on his last album, and she repays him the following year by screwing around & leaving him.

I guess adultery really WAS "her style."

I think she got what she deserved this time around.

Now hopefully a similar lesson will be learned by one Mr. Donald Trump (Chump).
