Justified has a way of getting the best out of an actor. And more! She is really good as Wendy Crowe. I'll hate to see her go, when the season ends. (IF she lives that long...)

shareAs of today she has made it to the final episode, but I think the odds are that Wendy Crowe will either end up, in jail, dead or back in Florida with Kendall. There is a very small chance we might see her again next season but I think that would be a pleasant surprise if it happens. The door is certainly closed on a romantic relationship with Deputy Marshall Givens at this point.
I totally agree that Alicia has been doing a great job as Wendy Crowe. Last week's episode when she was silently processing the news of Kendall's involvement with shooting Art was a prime example. Some people think she overacted that scene and for others it was too subtle and it all went over their heads. I think she nailed it and played it close to perfectly. Elmore Leonard's world is full of characters who are broadly drawn but who have unexpected depth to them that is often drawn out in subtle details. That, and the generally awesome dialog, has allowed a number of actors in Justified to really shine.
Great performance. I'm just catching up on Season 5 now. It's my favorite thing I've seen her in.
