Please don't feed the trolls, there would be no end to it.

"IGNORE USER" is your friend.

You're not particularly vain [in the sense that we are all vain to a degree as a species], you're just human. You have someone accusing you of having work done so that is annoying and it's only natural to want to straighten the thing out. However these message boards are always going to be full of posters putting up disparaging statements, whether true or not, so the best thing to do is ignore the crap [hard to do I know] and go about your day being a good person.

FWIW I think you look stunning and many of your fans would probably agree. I'd go with jellyree's suggestion and put users like that on your ignore list. Apart from this pain in the backside stuff here hope all's well with yourself
