Vanna, as young, struggling, hot female wannabe celebs often do when they need money, posed for see-through lingerie and semi-nude photos to pay the rent.

Hef, being the honest, caring guy he was, bought those photos from the photographer and published them in Playboy after Vanna became famous to cash in on her fame.

I, as any hot-blooded guy will do, thanked him for showing us her cute butt and undie-covered body.

pre 60s playboys can have some value, but every guy seemed to keep his playboy collection in the later years, and they are very plentiful. This issue is barely worth more than the cover price right now. Maybe another 20 years. Most playboys can be purchased for under 10 dollars. I bought a big bundle at a garage sale for cheap to resell, but ended up giving them away.

I checked on ebay for the first Pam Anderson pics and its 20 bucks. I had that one too.

I imagine the ones that were never taken out of the plastic are worth some serious money, especially the ones from the 50's and 60's.

There are a few exceptions, for sure. Only Pams first appearance gets 20+, when you look at what they actually sell for, and condition makes a huge difference. Trumps issue can sell for big money too.

It was almost always older guys who lived out in the country selling playboys, and usually overpriced. I will say, they were always in a box or tub with a label, not just laying around,lol. I used to be a reseller, so I probably went to more garage sales than the average person, but wasn't uncommon to see at all. Saw a guy selling a box of porn dvds p
once. Thought that was very odd.
