Why was it all puffy and swollen? Did she have bad cosmetic injections or something?

I thought that she was pretty before !! What's wrong with these people in Hollywood - after all these surgeries they don't even look like themselves anymore...

It really looked like something serious happened to her nose. She had lip injections, for sure, and what looks like a nose job gone horribly wrong or she had an accident with a 'best we can do" repair. Why she would mess with anything on purpose is beyond me. She was really beautiful before.
