Universally Loved

I don't think anyone can say a bad thing about Dick Van Dyke. He is just the friendliest, happiest man to ever live. He has brought smiles to people's faces young and old for decades on and off screen. I hope DVD has many more years left him in because he really does make the world a better place.

Apart from a BLOODY AWFUL British accent in Mary Poppins.

But that's the fun of it. :)

I read his latest book, "Keep Moving" which was funny, enlightening and positive. He has a wonderful attitude about aging.

Always nice to see him in Mary Poppins.

National treasure.

Yes. He also has range as an actor. He was good in a rare villainous role in the Columbo episode Negative Reaction.

Always thought he was an actual avatar of the devil bewitching the world.

To be honest, I do like him in Diagnosis Murder and love that he was an ardent user of the Commodore Amiga, and he is very charming, charismatic and bubbly in his outlook.
