Will he be in Mocking Jay part 1 and 2 ?

I just finished Mocking Jay and Caesar Flickerman is in the beginning but the 2nd half of it, he isn't even mentioned. And he is not listed for being in Mocking Jay part 1 at all on his IMDB.com section.

I pray he will be given a bigger role, as he is such an amusing character. Seneca Crane does not appear at all in THE HUNGER GAMES book, yet he is given a very big role in the movie.
