Barely Recognisable
I've just finished watching "The Lovely Bones" and Stanley Tucci was bloody brilliant! An amazing character portrayal. I almost didn't recognise the guy. Great work Stan (as always).

shareI just saw The Hunger Games. Just wow. I didn't recognize him at first.
Although I wouldn't consider myself a fan per se, then again I can't think or an actor I am a fan of, since Murder One I've kept an eye out for him in every movie I see.
I hope he keeps up the good performances. We need more like him,
It seems today that anyone in a supporting actor role considers it a stepping stone. Like Mellisa Leo some people are just great supporting actors. To me it's just as important a role in films as the leading star. Another good supporting actor is Ed Harris. Outside of Pollock he's smart enough, like Tucci, to basically confine himself to these roles.
Like Harris and Leo, I've be know to seek out films with Tucci. I know there will be at least one great performance in even the worst turkey.
he's like gary oldman, a total cameleon.
