That last incident, breaking into that bank thinking it was his home...think that was enough to get him blackballed in Hollywood?

I just learned that he is not in MIB III. That better not be the reason, he was the best part of those movies. They shouldn't even have done the movie if Rip wasn't going to be in it.

True sox the movie sucks without rip in it emma Thompson is good but rip is way better

According to IMDB, Rip was in MIB3, uncredited as an alien (heavily made up) at Zed's funeral. Sounds to me like he just didn't want to do any more MIB movies, but did the walk on as a favor...

He was written out of 30 Rock also. His character died without any final scene which is strange because he had been quite a big deal in the show show up until then.
