What did Rip Torn look like as a young man?

I would like to see a picture of Rip Torn as a young man. Was he good-looking? I used to think he was the character on Beverly Hillbillies they kept fixing Ellie Mae up with, but the character's name was Dash Riprock.

He was pretty good looking. I had the pleasure of seeing him in King of Kings where he played Judas. I could hardly tell it was the same guy.

There's a picture of him from that movie (although not the most ideal one) on the bottom left corner of this page:

If you watch The Man Who Fell To Earth, you'll see.... quite a bit ... of a younger Rip Torn.

I would have never even thought to wonder what Rip Torn of all people looked like as a younger man, but I just watched "The Cincinnati Kid" with Steve McQueen and was shocked to learn the character Slade was Torn. I've always enjoyed his characters, and seeing him here was a bit a shocker. First off, he looks nothing like the Rip Torn that I know best from "Larry Sanders Show", nor does he sound much like him. Anyway, in "CK", he's probably about 34 years old, and plays a conniving, bitter wannabe card shark. A fine performance, but still hard to believe it's Rip...

In Love Object he looks almost exactly like Abraham Lincoln, except hes shorter and weighs more.

Then immediately watch him in Dodgeball like I did. You'll be pretty surprised.

Got to back Dunbar22 up on this one. I've just finished watching the Cincinatti Kid and couldn't believe that slim good-looking texan dude was Rip Torn! He's literally unrecognisable but I suppose I will be too in forty years.
