Close to 80 and breaking into banks?? In Connecticut at that. Which makes it worse.

He was drunk and he thought it was his house. So he wasn't "breaking into a bank", as the term usually stands. That said, he must have been reeeaaaally drunk...

Making an unlawful entry into a place that isn't your property is "breaking in". I didn't say he was robbing the place, but he still broke in.
