£750K per episode? That is absolutely not true. She regularly will only make about 5 mins appearances. I reckon she would get that per season.

The Wikipedia entry for Downton Abbey mentions that the average cost per episode is £1,000,000 so I doubt she gets 750k of them.
Of course Wikipedia is known to be inaccurate from time to time...
