I know she took a break after Downton finished filming! But there is nothing in the pipeline - she must surely have scripts.
Her latest movie LADY IN THE VAN - had amazing box office success, over £11million in the UK alone - her box office clout is greater than ever... Surely people are sending her things?
Now that Downton has finished, I think she's told her agent not to accept stuff for a while as she may want a rest and spend more time with her family.
shareI hope she doesn't ever formally retire though, because her movies have a charm that no one else's have, on the whole. Because they each have a similar character about them.

I would love to see her back onstage, but I think it's doubtful now sadly.
