I think this air of intelligence is what sets him apart from his son, Alex. This is not to say that the latter is dull-witted in any way--he actually comes off as charming and self-effacing in interviews--but simply that Stellan's face appears more reflective, at least in my opinion. Although Alex is undeniably beautiful, it's almost as though his eyes lack a certain depth that Stellan's clearly possess. Despite the considerable age gap, I still find myself greatly attracted to the elder Skarsgard.
