shareConsidering that at least 5 of those 8 are adults and have lives, careers, and in some cases, families of their own, I'm sure it's not that difficult. All of his kids have been spaced about 5 years or so apart, it seems.
He loves being a father, and his recent film roles have been quite minor, and would probably only take a few days or a couple weeks to film. Besides that, I'm sure that a family man such as himself would try to bring his family with him as much as possible.
